摘要

目的:测定护肝颗粒剂中五味子乙素含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱（）法测定;样品以正己烷提取;流动HPLC相为甲醇水（）;填充剂:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶;检测波长:;流速:。-72:28254nm1.0ml/min结果:所得本品每含五味ml子乙素不低于。本法的理论板数以五味子乙素峰计算

Abstract

Objective: To determine the content of r-schisandrin in Hugan granule by HPLC. Methods: R-μSchisandrin was extracted with n-hexane. The HPLC system consists of Bondapak C18 column

moblile phase of methanol-water(72:28) mixture

with detection at 254nm

flow rate 1ml/min. Results: The content of r-schisandrin was >0.04%. The number of theoretical plate was >2000. The separation parameter was >1.5. No interference peak from the blank test was found. The precision(RSD) was 2.15%. The reproducible test(RSD) was<10%. The mean recovery of 106.06±2.16% for r-schisandrin was obtained. Conclusion: This method is specific

accurate and reproducible.
