摘要

目的:探讨危重患者长途转诊院前急救的方法和效果。方法:回顾性分析62例危重患者长途转诊院前急救的临床资料。结果:62例患者中

除1例在转运途中发生心室颤动心跳骤停外

其余61例均平安到达目的医院。与转诊前比较

61例患者转诊后心率（HR）增加

平均动脉压（MBP）下降（P<0.05）;动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、血氧饱和度（SaO2）、氧合指数（PaO2/FiO2）亦有所下降

但与转诊前比较

差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结论:先进的设备、畅通的通迅、精湛的救护技术和集院前急救-院内急诊-急诊ICU于一体的完善急救医疗体系是长途转诊院前急救的有力保障。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect and methed of long-distance transportation in critical patients.Methods:The clinical datas of 62 critical patients with long-distance transportation were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among 62 patients

one suffered ventricular fibrillation

the others arrived safely.After transportation

the increase of HR and decrease of MAP were observed.There were no significant differences in the PaO2

SaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 in the patients before transportation and after transportation.Conclusion:During the long-distance prehospital transportation

advanced equipments

unblocked communication

proficient medical care

the integration of out-hospital and in-hospital Emergency Medical Service System(EMSS) are of great importance..
