摘要

目的:建立复方羊角软胶囊含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

用阿魏酸为对照品

以甲醇-1%冰醋酸（37∶63）为流动相

流速1.0ml/min

色谱柱为C18柱（250mm×4.6mm

5μm）

检测波长为320nm。结果:阿魏酸检测线性范围为6￣60μg/ml

r=0.9995

平均回收率为100.3%

RSD=1.68%（n=9）。结论:该方法分离度好

准确

重现性好

可作为复方羊角软胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determining the concent of ferulic acid in compound Yangjiao soft capsules with HPLC.Method:To determine with HPLC using C18 column(250mm×4.6mm

5μm)

methanol-1% acetic acid solution(37:63) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detecting wavelength was 320nm.Results: Ferulic acid had good linear relation within the range from 6 to 60μg/min

r =0.9995.The average recovery rate was 100.3%

RSD=1.68%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is with good resolution

accurate and reproducible

which can be used for determining the content of ferulic acid in compound Yangjiao soft capsules.
