摘要

目的:进一步提高乳腺疾病影像诊断水平。方法:对47例钼靶摄影误诊和病理证实的乳腺疾病进行回顾性分析。结果:误诊为良性病变的恶性肿瘤26例（A组）

误诊为恶性病变的良性病变21例（B组）。A组钼靶摄影表现:肿块影15例

结节影5例

团片状影2例

未见明显异常4例。B组:肿块影11例

小结节影6例

放射状条索影1例

片状影1例

钙化2例。结论:分析钼靶摄影片时

强调与临床、彩超相结合

可减少误诊

进一步提高诊断水平。

Abstract

Objective:To improve the radiological diagnosis of breast disease.Methods:Fourty-seven cases of breast disease which were misdiagnosed by molybdenum mammography and confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospetively analyzed.Results: Twenty-six malignant cases were misdiagnosed as benign(group A).Twenty-one benign cases were misdiagnosed as malignant(group B).The mammographic findings in group A were mass(15 cases)

nodule(5 casas)

roundish and sheetlike image(2 casas)

and no abnormal sign (4 casas).The mammographic findings in group B were mass(11 casas)

nodule(6 casas)

radial scars(1 casa)

sheetlike image(1 casa)and calcification(2 casas).Conclusion:By analyzing mammographic findings and emphasizing the diagnosis combined with clinical data and color-ultrasonics

we could decrease misdiagnosis and improve the diagnostic level.
