The clinical value of serum enzymatic activity in the diagnosis of hepatic carcinoma
Objective:To study the clinical value of serum enzymatic activity in the diagnosis of hepatic carcinoma. Methods: The activity of serum ALP?GGT?AFU and 5’-NT was detected in 40 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma
30 patients with secondary liver cancer
40 patients with other kinds of hepatic disease and 40 normal persons. The all results were statistically analyzed. Results:The activity of serum ALP?GGT?AFU and 5’-NT in patients with primary or secondary liver cancer was significantly higher than that of other kinds of hepatic disease and normal persons(P<0.05).The positive rate of ALP?GGT?AFU and 5’-NT was 92.2%
91.4%
80.0% and 75.7% respectively. At the same time
the specificity of ALP
GGT
AFU and 5’-NT was 86.4%
82.5%
86.4% and 87.5% respectively. Conclusions:To simultaneously detect the serum enzymatic activity can help to early diagnosis of hepatic carcinoma.
