Susceptibility analysis of mixed infection of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis to eleven antibiotics
Objective:To study the suscepetibility of mixed infection of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and mycoplasma hominis(MH)to eleven antibiotics vs ureaplasma urealyticum infection in NGU patients. Methods:mycoplasma detection kits were used to detect UU and MH from NGU patient’s urinary tract or uterine cervix secretion
as well as their drug susceptibilities.Results:①Among 11 antibiotics
the drug residence rate to Minocycline was the lowest in UU group
MH group and UU+MH mixed infection group respectively
and the susceptibility rate to Minocycline was the highestt in above three groups.②In spite of Spectinomycin
the drug residence rate to quinolones was highest in UU group(>67.5%);the drug residence rate to Azithuomycin was highest in UU+MH group(80%).②In UU+MH group
both the resistance rate to single antibiotics and the ability of resistance to several antibiotics were higher than UUgroup.Conclusion:①Minocycline was the first-choice drugs in clinical pharmacotherapy in genitourinary mycoplasma infection in Chongqing
while quinolones and azithuomycin were not suitable to be used as the first choice.②UU+MH mixed infection showed an increased drug resistance and changes of drug resistance spectrum.
