摘要

目的:在示波法的基础上提出一种新的无创测量脉搏波速度（Pulse Wave Velocity

PWV）的方法-双袖带法

并用于临床验证其可靠性。方法:使用两个大小不同的袖带分别采集肱动脉和桡动脉的脉搏波信号。以波足作为起跳点

分析两个信号的时间差Δt

根据公式PWV=ΔS/Δt计算脉搏波速度

其中ΔS为肱动脉和桡动脉的体表距离

可用软尺测得。结果:此方法能够可靠、准确、快捷地测量脉搏波速度

而且具有操作简单、测量快速和成本低的优势。结论:双袖带法测量脉搏波速度能够反映正常人与临界高血压患者和高血压患者的差别

起到预测高血压的作用。

Abstract

Objective:A new method of measuring pulse wave velocity

double-cuff method

has been proposed based on oscillometric method and used to practice to validate its reliability in this paper.Methods:In this method

two cuffs are used to collect pulse wave signals of humerus and oar artery respectively.We analyse the two signals’time difference Δt by choosing wave boot as the pulse beating’ start point.Pulse wave velocity can be calculated according to the formula PWV=ΔS/Δt

in which ΔS is the distance between humerus and oar artery and can be measured by a soft ruler.Results:The double cuff method

which has the advantages of simple operation

speedy measurement and low cost

can measure pulse wave velocity reliably

accurately

fast and simply.Conclusions:The pulse wave velocity measured by this new method

which can reflect the differences between normal people and critical or already hypertension suffers

is significant in forecasting hypertension.
