摘要

目的:分析食管24hpH值与GERD中医证型及内镜下表现之间的关系

为本病辨证分型寻求特征性的客观指标。方法:对172例患者进行24h食管pH监测

内镜检查是否有反流性食管炎（RE）并分级

同时进行中医辨证分型

分析中医证型与24h食管pH值及内镜的关系。结果:肝胃郁热组的各项酸反流监测指标明显高于其他各型（P<0.05）。肝胃郁热型的RE检出率明显高于其他各型（P<0.01）。RE内镜分级和总体评分之间存在正相关关系（P<0.01）。结论:酸反流指标越高

其内镜下的黏膜损害就越重;实证内镜下的炎症程度重于虚症。

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the relationship between types of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndrome of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)、24-hour pH value in esophagus and its endoscopic performance in order to look for objective indexes for differentiation for syndrome classification in TCM of GERD.Methods:Among 172 patients finished 24hour pH dynamic monitor

Each patient performed upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to detect reflux esophagitis(RE)and grade the endoscopic findings

regulated common types of TCM syndrome of GERD

and relativity between then were compared.Results:All parameters of acid exposition in the type of heat stagnation in the liver and stomach were obviously higher than that in other tapes(P<0.05);the proportion of RE in the type of heat stagnation in the liver and stomach were obviously higher than that in other tapes(P<0.01);Endoscopy grading correlated positively with total score(P<0.01).Conclusion:The higher the parameter of acid exposition

the more serious erosion of the mucous membrance;The inflammatory degree under endoscope of excess syndrome was more severe than that of deficiency syndrome.
