摘要

目的:动态观察实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎（Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis

EAE）大鼠视神经的病理学变化。方法:建立EAE大鼠模型

采用光镜及透射电镜分别观察第8

18及30天大鼠视神经形态学改变。结果:各个时间段视神经发生了不同程度的改变

光镜下表现为不同程度的神经纤维空泡样变性

轴束不规则肿胀

炎细胞浸润

大量胶质细胞和胶原组织形成增生组织成网状。电镜下主要表现为轴突内空泡样变性、髓鞘松解、脱落、微丝微管消失等。结论:EAE大鼠的视神经发生了较为严重的病理学改变。

Abstract

Objective:To dynamically observe the pathological changes of the optic nerve in EAE.Methods:The animal model was established in Wistar rat.The experiment rats were randomly divided into 8

and 30day groups.The changes of optic nerve were observed using light and electron microscopes.Results:Under light microscope

the optic nerve fibers showed bulb-like degeneration

the axis irregularity swelling

phlegmonosis cell infiltrating

a quantity of glial cell and collagen tissue formed hyperplastic tissue.Under electron microscopy

the axons showed bulb-like degeneration

myelin sheaths were loose

microtubule and microfilament disappeared.Conclusion:Demyelination occurs in the optic nerve of EAE.By establishing the EAE animail model

we can see the pathological changes of the optic nerve in EAE

which can provide evidences for clinical threatment of this disease.
