摘要

目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定雷公藤外用凝胶中雷公藤甲素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mmi.d

5μm）

检测波长为220nm

流动相为甲醇∶水（46∶54）

流速1ml/min

柱温为室温。结果:在10.24～51.20μg/ml间

雷公藤甲素的浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9997）

方法回收率为98.3%

RSD为0.23%（n=5）。结论:此方法准确、简便

可用于雷公藤甲素外用凝胶中雷公藤甲素的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the assay of the content of triptolide in triptolide gel. Methods:The content of triptolide was measured by HPLC on Diamonsil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm i.d

5μm)using methanol-water(46∶54

v/v)as mobile phase

at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The UV detection was set at 220nm. Results:The calibration curve was proved to be linear in the range of 10.24~51.20μg/ml with a regression coeficient of 0.999 7. The average recovery of the method was 98.3%;RSD was 0.23%(n=5). Conclusion:This method is found to be rapid and accurate for the measurement of triptolide in triptolide gel.
