摘要

目的:探讨睾丸扭转的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析23例睾丸扭转患者的诊断和治疗经验。结果:手术23例

均为单侧发病。18例行复位固定

5例行睾丸切除。结论:睾丸扭转的诊断主要依靠临床症状、体征及彩超检查确定。明确诊断并早期手术治疗是治疗睾丸扭转的关键。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of acute testicular torsion.Methods:Clinical data of 23 cases of testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the 23 cases were performed unilateral.18 of them were treated with routine reduction and fixtion

else 5 were treated with routine orchiectomy for testicle necrosis.Conclusion:Diagnosis of testicular torsion mainly bases on clinical symptom

physical sign and color ultrasonography results.Definite diagnosis and early surgery are key points of testicular torsion treatment.
