摘要

目的:探讨激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法:应用半导体激光对398例776眼糖尿病视网膜病变（Diabetic retinopathy

DR）患者进行视网膜光凝

术前行视力、裂隙灯、眼底、眼压、眼底荧光造影（Fundus fluorescein angiography

FFA）检查。术后随访1年。结果:视力提高617眼（79.5%）;视力无变化149眼（19.20%）;视力下降10眼（0.12%）。其间97眼病情不同程度有所发展

且均与血糖控制不良、高血压、高血脂有关。结论:激光治疗DR安全有效。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the technique of laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy.Methods:Semiconductor Iaser was used in the retinaI laser surgery for 398 cases(776 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy.VisuaI acuity

fundus and intraocular pressure(IOP) were examined

and slit Iamp exam and fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)were performed before operation.Postoperative follow-up was l year.Results:VisuaI acuity was improved in 617 eyes(79.51%)

remained unchanged in 149 eyes(19.20%)and decreased in 10 eyes(0.12%).Retinopathy became worsen in 97 eyes

with bad blood sugar control

hypertension and high levels of blood lipids.Coneiusion:The lasertreatment of diabetic retinopathy is effective signicantly.
