Comparis on of sufentanil and fentanil during anesthesia in congenital funnel chest
Objective:To compare the effects of fentanil(F)or sufentanil(SF)for infant chondrosternoplasty on palinesthesia and hemodynamics. Methods:Forty patients were randomized divided into group F and group SF.Group SF received induction and intravenous injection with sufentanil
and group F received induction and continuous infusion with fentanil.HR
SBP
DBP and mean arterial pressure(MBP)were detected at different time points which including times before induction(T)0
immediately intubation(T1)
skin incision(T2)
peel rib cartilage(T)3and at the end of operation(T)4
meanwhile
anesthesia recovery condition and drug’s side effects were also recorded. Results:In group F
the values of SBP
DBP
MBP and HR have a significant increase at T1
T2
T3 compared with baseline of To(P<0.05).The values of SBP
DBP
MBP and HR in group F at Tl
T2
T3 were all have significance compared with those values in group SF at according time points(P<0.05).meanwhile the awaking time
The rates of spontaneous respiration
the extubation time in group SF were shorter than that in group F.Conclusion:Sufentanil with propofol could keep hemodynamic stable and minimum stress response
it might be an ideal drug combination in infant chondrosternoplasty.
