摘要

目的:了解儿童手-足-口病的临床特点及防治经验。方法:回顾性分析75例儿童手-足-口病的临床特点、实验室及病原学检查。结果:75例小儿手-足-口病患儿病原体主要以柯萨奇病毒A16为主

其次为肠道病毒71型（EV71）

部分患儿伴有心肌炎或脑炎等并发症

通过静脉注射抗病毒药物炎琥宁或利巴韦林

以及对症支持治疗

大多数患儿获得满意效果。结论:绝大多数患儿临床表现轻微

极少数伴有严重并发症（主要为EV71感染）

及时有效对症治疗小儿手-足-口病、防止并发症发生是行之有效的。

Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical characteristics and prevention and cure experience

of hand foot mouth disease(HFMD) in children.Methods:Through the clinical characteristics

laboratory data and etiological examination of 75 cases of HFMD in childrenwere retrospectively analyzed.Results:The pathogen of HFMD was mainly the virus A16 of Coxsackie virus

and the next was Entericvirus71(EV71) in 75 sick children.Some sick children had complications

such as myocarditis or encephalitis.an intravenous injection antivirus drugs(potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate or ribavirin) and support treatment

the majority of sick children had acquired satisfied effects.Conclusion: The great majority patients have slight clinical

and few children mainly have severecomplications.Antivirus drugs and support treatment take effect to prevent complications of HFMD.
