摘要

目的:观察经颅电刺激结合药物治疗多梗死性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:多梗死性痴呆54例

随机分为TES组和对照组各27例

TES组采用经颅电刺激结合药物治疗

对照组仅给予药物治疗。治疗前后测定MMSE、MBI及HDS评分

以MBI评分为标准

确定两组疗效。结果:两组治疗前后测定MMSE、MBI及HDS评分均有显著差异

但TES组治疗有效率高于对照组

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:可改善MID患者的临床症状

促进大脑功能恢复的作用。

Abstract

Objective:Observe the curative effects of transcutaneous electrical stimulation (TES) combined with medicine when it is used to treat the multi-infarct dementia (MID). Method: 54 dementias are randomly divided into two groups: The group TES and the matched group

with each 27 patients

in which

the group TES adopts TES with medicine and the matched group is only supplied to medicine. Score the MMSE

MBI and HDS before and after treatment. Judge the curative effects according to the scores of MBI. Results: In comparison

the MMSE

MBI and HDS are greatly different

the curative efficiency of the group tES is higher than the one of the matched group and the difference is significance in statistic(P<0.05 ).Conclusion: TES can be used to MDI and can function as healing brains.
