The clinical therapeutic effect of Phenobarbital Sodium on neonate unpathological vomitory
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Phenobarbital Sodium on neonate unpathological vomitory. Methods:The full-term neonates with unpathological vomitory were divided into medical group(245 cases) and observation group(200) randomly. The neonates in medical group were administered Phenobarbital Sodium(2~3 mg/kg) IM and given milk after injection for 30 min.If the baby took more than 20 ml milk
it is regarded that Phenobarbital Sodium was effective. The neonates in observation group were not administered any medicine. Results:After injection for 30 min
the amount of milk taken by the neonates in medical group was significantly more than that in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We can differentiate pathological and unpathological vomitory through Phenobarbital Sodium. The clinical therapeutic effect of Phenobarbital Sodium on neonate unpathological vomitory is good.
