摘要

目的:观察青蒿水提物对家兔泌尿系统和消化系统的毒理作用。方法:选取32只健康新西兰大白兔

随机分为4组:生理盐水组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组

分别从耳缘静脉注入10 mg/kg的生理盐水、10、100 mg/kg和500 mg/kg的青蒿水提物

连续用药12 d

（1）比较各组用药后的肝肾功能主要生化指标的变化;（2）观察各组在体十二指肠和结肠与离体小肠平滑肌的功能和组织学表现。结果:（1）各实验组用药后

除高剂量组丙氨酸氨基转移酶（Alanine transaminase

ALT）和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（Aspartate transaminase

AST）值有些偏高外

其余各组ALT、AST、T-BiL

BUN和Cr值未出现统计学意义的改变（P>0.05）。（2）低、中剂量组十二指肠、结肠和小肠平滑肌功能运动未见明显变化

高剂量组使其运动的幅度、收缩频率和张力有一定程度的增加

但组织学均未见异常改变。结论:青蒿水提物对家兔消化、泌尿系统无明显的不良影响;在较高剂量时对肠功能运动有一定的促进作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of artemisinin extract on the urinary and digestive system in rabbits.Methods: 32 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: normal saline group

low dose group

the dose and high-dose groups

10 mg/kg of normal saline

100 and 500 mg/kg artemisinin extract were injected into ear vein in rabbits with continuous medication for 12 days.Major changes of biochemical indicators of the liver and kidney were observed each group.The smooth muscle function and histology performance of duodenum and colon and small intestine were observed in each group in vitro.Results:(1) After treatment

in addition to high-dose group with some high value of ALT and AST

no statistically significant changes of ALT

BUN and Cr values were found in the remaining experimental groups(P>0.05).(2)The augment

construction and tension of the duodenum

small intestine and colon smooth muscle movement were increased to the extent in the high dose group and nothing was found in other groups.Conclusion: No obvious adverse effects of artemisinin extract were found on the urinary and digestion system in rabbits and the movement of gastrointestinal function was promoted in the higher dose.
