摘要

目的:研究细胞粘附分子E-selectin在大肠癌组织中表达及其在大肠癌血行转移中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测大肠癌组织和正常大肠组织E-selectin的表达;并利用Transwell小室分析人大肠癌细胞株在不同浓度E-selectin时的转移能力变化。结果:E-selectin在大肠癌组织表达的阳性率为57.5%

显著高于正常大肠组织的6.67%（P<0.05）;有远处转移者阳性率90%显著高于无远处转移者的46.67%（P<0.05）;随着E-selectin浓度升高（1μg/L、5μg/L、10μg/L）

大肠癌细胞穿膜数目增多（[27.2±4.13）、（52.9±3.56）、（100.7±8.15）]。结论:E-selectin在大肠癌呈高表达并可能在其血行转移中发挥了一定的作用。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the level of cell adhesion molecule E-selectin in colorectal neoplasm and its relations with metastasis in the blood line. Methods:E-selectin expression in colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissue were detected with immunohisochemical technique. The change of shift ability of human colorectal neoplasm cell line was analyzed. Results: The expressing rate of E-selectin was 57.5%

obviously higher than 6.67% in the normal colorectal tissue(P<0.05); With the increase in cancentraction of E-selectin (1 μg/L

5 μg/L and 10 μg/L )

the number of intestine cancer cells penetracting the membrane increased large [(27.2±4.13)

(52.9±3.56)

(100.7±8.15)](P<0.05). Conclusion:E-selectin in the colorectal neoplasm assumed is highly expressed possibly and plays certain role in the metastasis of blood line.
