Objective: To observe the effect of integrated care intervention for cervical cancer patients with psychological and immune parameters
in order to establish a system of clinical care interventions that guide clinical practice. Methods: 128 cases of cervical cancer patients were selected from May 2009 to February 2012 in our hospital
they were divided into the integrated care intervention group and usual care group
then compared the effect psychological characteristics of patients and the associated immune indicators. Results: The SDS and the SAS score of observation group intervention was significantly lower (P <0.01)
but there was no significant changes of control group (P> 0.05). After the intervention
the two scores observation groupt were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01) ; two groups of patients after the intervention of T lymphocyte subsets CD3
CD4
CD8 and CD4 / CD8 ratio were improved to varying degrees
but the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The clinical care combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve the level of mental health
increase immunity level
enhance the treatment outcome of cervical cancer patients
