摘要

目的：探讨婴幼儿注射疫苗后死亡原因及与疫苗的关系，为减少偶合症及安全的预防接种提供参考。方法：对注射疫苗后8 d内死亡的31例婴幼儿尸体解剖资料进行回顾性分析。结果：男女比例为2.9∶1，年龄最大2岁，最小为胎儿（32孕周）；31例死亡病例均属于偶合症；其中21例系感染后无典型症状的情况下注射疫苗，加重潜在疾病引起死亡；10例偶合疾病与预防接种无任何关联。结论：加强注射疫苗前的问诊及体检是预防偶合症发生的重要方法之一，通过尸体解剖明确死因是解决此类纠纷的关键。

Abstract

Objective：To explore the relationship between death cause and vaccine injection and to provide references for coincidental event prevention and vaccination safety. Methods：Data of 31 infants died within 8 d after vaccination were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Male：female ratio was 2.9∶1. Minimum age was 32 gestational weeks and maximum age was 2 years. All 31 cases were coinci－dental event；21 infants died due to vaccination exacerbating the potential infectious diseases without typical symptom and 10 cases had no relationship with vaccination. Conclusion：Intensifying physical examination and inquiry before vaccination is an important method for decreasing coincidental event. It is the key measure to deal with the disputes by autopsy.
