摘要

不良生活方式是糖尿病发生发展的重要危险因素之一，多项研究表明，端粒的长度和端粒酶活性异常与糖尿病的发生发展以及不良生活方式有关。本文就端粒-端粒酶系统与糖尿病患者中不良生活方式的临床研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

Unhealthy life style is one of the important risk factors for the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus. Lots of re－searches indicate that telomere length and abnormal telomerase activity are associated with the development of diabetes mellitus and unhealthy life styles. We review the progress of clinical researches about the relationship between telomere-telomerase system and unhealthy life style in patients with diabetes mellitus.
