肝肾上腺残余瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤，大部分患者无临床症状，仅少数有库欣(Cushing)综合征或男性化等内分泌紊乱的表现，且缺乏特异的超声及影像学表现，所以，临床上难与肝的恶性肿瘤鉴别。本文报告1例肝肾上腺残余瘤合并肝血管瘤，且手术前误诊为转移瘤的案例。
