Objective To investigate the clinical value of multimodal ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods from January 2019 to August 2020
175 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital for prostate lesion resection were selected. They were examined by transrectal multimodal ultrasound before operation
and were divided into benign group and malignant group according to pathological results. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the single factor and multiple factors. Firstly
the regression model A of multimodal ultrasound diagnosis of prostate cancer was established. On the basis of this model
the regression model B of multimodal ultrasound combined diagnosis of prostate cancer was established by combining the clinical indicators and laboratory examination results. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to compare the diagnostic efficacy of model A
model B
age and PSA. Results model A age and PSA were predictive factors for the diagnosis of prostate cancer
and model B score was constructed. The diagnostic efficiency of model B was the highest
and there were significant differences between model B and model A
age and PSA (P < 0.05). Conclusion multimodal ultrasound combined with laboratory examination and clinical data is more valuable in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
The application value of transrectal real-time tissue elastography combined with peak strain index targeted biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral zone prostate cancer
Evaluation on angiogenesis of esophageal transplanted tumor in nude mice by contrast-enhanced ultrasound time-intensity curves
The application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in predicting early therapeutic effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer
