Correlation analysis of abdominal ultrasound parameters and blood lipid in patients with fatty liver
Objective To investigate the correlation between abdominal ultrasound parameters and lipid levels in patients with fatty liver. Methods A total of 150 patients with fatty liver who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the results of lipid test
they were divided into the dyslipidemia group (n=116) and the normal lipid group (n=34).The ultrasonic parameters of fatty liver in each group were taken as independent variables
and the ultrasonic parameters-blood lipid diagnosis model was established by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The parameter scores obtained by the model were calculated and correlated with the levels of various blood lipid indexes. Results Through univariate and multivariate analysis
it was found that the sensitive ultrasound parameters of patients with fatty liver complicated with dyslipidemia were closely related to dyslipidemia(P<0.05).The diagnostic model of ultrasound parameters and blood lipid in patients with fatty liver was:Logit (parameter) =1.615X1 +1.933X2 +1.526X3 +1.335X4 -2.939;The AUC of the area under the ROC curve was 0.831 (95%CI:0.729-0.934).When the ultrasonic parameters were divided into a cut-off value of 0.6
the sensitivity of the diagnostic model was 87%
and the specificity was 68.4%.There was a significant positive correlation between ultrasound score and TG
TC and ldl-c levels (r >0
P<0.05)
and a significant negative correlation between ultrasound score and hdl-c levels (r<0
P< 0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonic-lipid diagnosis model established in this study can effectively combine ultrasound parameters and lipid levels in patients with fatty liver
enhance the correlation between the two
and promote early screening and diagnosis in patients with fatty liver.
