摘要

糖尿病心肌病 (DC) 是导致糖尿病(ＤＭ)患者心力衰竭及死亡率增加的重要原因。右室功能异常是各种类型心衰死亡率的预测因子

右室功能的准确评估对DC患者治疗和预后有重要价值。二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI)是一种能被用于右室功能早期评估的新技术。本文就该技术在DC患者右室功能评估中的应用进行综述。

Abstract

diabetic cardiomyopathy (DC) is an important cause of heart failure and increased mortality in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. Abnormal right ventricular function is a predictor of mortality in various types of heart failure. Accurate assessment of right ventricular function is of great value for the treatment and prognosis of DC patients. Two-dimensional speckle tracking (2D-STI) is a new technique that can be used for the early assessment of right ventricular function. This article reviews the application of 2D-STI in the assessment of right ventricular function in DC patients
