摘要

目的：了解影响四川省民族地区孕产妇死亡的相关因素。方法：对四川省民族地区2014至2018年孕产妇死亡个案卡进行回顾分析。结果：四川省民族地区死亡孕产妇分娩地点、死亡地点均以区县级医院为主，首位死因为产科出血。结论：四川省民族地区需着力加强产科出血防治、孕产期保健管理。

Abstract

Objective: To understand the factors affecting maternal mortality in minority areas of Sichuan Province. Methods: The maternal death case cards from 2014 to 2018 in the ethnic regions of Sichuan Province were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The birthplace and death place of pregnant women who died in the minority areas of Sichuan Province were mainly in district and county-level hospitals

and obstetric hemorrhage was the first cause of death. Conclusion: In ethnic areas of Sichuan Province

efforts should be made to strengthen the prevention and treatment of obstetric hemorrhage and the management of women health care during pregnancy and childbirth.
