摘要

[摘要]目的探讨开颅夹闭术和血管内栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤（IA）患者的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2010年2月至2014年11月在我院接受治疗的86例IA患者的临床资料。根据治疗术式的不同将其分为血管内栓塞组（IE组，43例）和开颅夹闭术组（MC组，43例）。比较2组患者的一般资料、治疗效果、住院费用和时间以及并发症发生率。结果2组患者的一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。IE组治疗良好率比MC组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。IE组住院费用比MC组低，住院时间比MC组短，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。IE组患者治疗后的并发症发生率比MC组低（P<0.01）。结论血管内栓塞手术的治疗效果优于开颅夹闭手术，值得推广。
