摘要

肺迷走神经传入纤维感知机械及化学信号刺激，传入中枢，传出神经可释放乙酰胆碱调节器官功能，这种双向交流可反馈性调控肺的功能，也参与了肺部疾病的发生和发展。肺局部迷走-迷走抗炎反射和胆碱能抗炎通路表明抗炎反射不仅仅在局部发挥抗炎作用，还能诱导全身体液的抗炎反应。肺迷走神经不仅在呼吸系统中有众多作用，还参与肺部疾病的病程变化。因此，了解肺迷走神经的解剖及调控作用对胸外科术中保留迷走神经肺支具有重要的临床意义。本文对肺迷走神经在肺功能调控中作用的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract

The afferent fibers of the pulmonary vagus nerve perceive mechanical and chemical signals

and the efferent nerve can release acetylcholine to regulate organ functions.Such bidirectional communication can control the function of organ by feedback

and it also participate in the occurrence and development of pulmonary diseases.The local vagalvagal antiinflammatory reflex and cholinergic antiinflammatory pathways suggest that the antiinflammatory reflex not only plays an antiinflammatory role locally

but also induces an antiinflammatory response in body fluids.The vagus nerve is involved not only in the respiratory system

but also in the pathogenesis of lung diseases.Therefore

it is of great significance to understand the anatomy and regulation of pulmonary vagus nerve in thoracic surgery.
