摘要

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（CRS）伴鼻息肉的疗效。方法选择我院2017年8月至2018年2月收治的90例CRS伴鼻息肉患者，均行鼻内镜手术治疗，术后随访6个月，记录手术疗效、并发症发生率及术前、术后1个月、3个月、6个月症状评分（流涕、鼻塞、头面部疼痛及嗅觉障碍）、SNOT-20量表评分、SF-36量表评分，以评估患者生活质量改善情况。结果 90例患者均顺利完成手术，总有效率94.44%，并发症发生率10.00%；患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月症状评分、SNOT评分均显著低于术前，SF-36评分均显著高于术前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论鼻内镜手术治疗CRS伴鼻息肉疗效明显，配合定期随访换药及综合治疗临床治愈率高，术后并发症少，可显著改善患者临床症状及术后生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) complicated with nasal polyps. Methods A total of 90 patients with CRS complicated with nasal polyps who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in this study. All of them were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery and were followed up for 6 months. The surgical outcomes

The total effective rate was 94.44% and the incidence of complications was 10.00%. The symptom scores and SNOT score were significantly decreased while the SF36 score was significantly increased at 1 month

the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of CRS with nasal polyps. The clinical cure rate can be improved combined with regular followup

with few complications. It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the postoperative quality of life.
