Objective To investigate the effect of Blynch suture combined with uterine tamponade balloon compression on migration and invasion of vascular endothelial cell in patients of pernicious placenta previa. Methods Eighty patients with pernicious placenta previa were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018. The 48 patients in the control group underwent conventional hemorrhage management and uterine wound suture
while the 32 patients in the observation group were treated with Blynch suture combined with uterine tamponade balloon compression. The basic and abnormal conditions
serum AFP
HCG and SFIt1 levels
and neonatal status were compared between the two groups. Results Intraoperative bleeding and length of hospital stay were significantly lower in the observation group compared with the control group. The serum levels of AFP
HCG and SFIt1 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in neonatal status between the two groups. The incidence of adverse events was slightly lower in the observation group compared with the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with pernicious placenta previa
Blynch suture combined with uterine tamponade balloon compression can reduce intraoperative hemorrhage the migration and invasion ability of vascular endothelial cells
