Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of microincision approach for internal fixation of mandibular fracture.Methods A total of 330 patients with mandibular fracture in our hospital from September 2013 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group

with 165 cases in each group.The study group was treated with microincision approach for solid internal fixation
