Objective To explore a minimally invasive and painless venipuncture technique from the perspective of anatomy by compare and analyze the methods of traditional venipuncture needle and rapid venipuncture needle. Methods From January 2016 to December 2018
1 786 patients who received blood tests at the outpatient of the first affiliated hospital of army medical university were divided into the control group (Patient who collected blood on a single day
850 cases) and the observation group (Patient who collected blood on a doubleday blood
936 cases) according to the blood collection date. The patients in the control group used the traditional venipuncture needle from the lateral side of the blood vessel in angle of 15° to 20° in the text book for blood collection. The patients in the observation group used a rapid venipuncture from the upper side of the blood vessel with a needle tip obliquely facing the left 45° to 60° for blood collection. The needle insertion rates
the bleeding rates of one needle
the degrees of injury to the tissue and the pain of the patients between the two groups were observed. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in needle insertion speed and the patient′s perception of puncture pain(P<0.05).The control group adopted traditional venipuncture with injuring the puncture site of the skin and blood vessel wall and a tunnellike injury to the subcutaneous tissue. While rapid venipuncture needle adopted by the patients of observation group only damaged the skin and blood vessel wall puncture point but no tunnellike injury. The bleeding rates of one needle was 91.03% in the control group and 95.17% in the observation group
there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional venipuncture
the rapid venipuncture has a fast needle insertion speed
which reduces the pain and the tissue damage of the patients
