摘要

目的探索胃癌手术近5年发表论文的特点及发展规律，研究该领域的热点及前沿。方法以“关键词=胃癌and手术”在中国知网（CNKI）检索2013年1月至2017年12月的全部数据，去除会议通知、个案报道等数据，应用Cite Space 5.4.R4（64 bit）对作者、机构、关键词等进行分析，并绘制可视化图谱。结果共纳入5 023条，作者数量为274，机构数为334个，关键词数83个。发文最多的个人是刘宏斌（兰州军区兰州总医院普通外科）62篇，其次是韩晓鹏（兰州军区兰州总医院普通外科）40篇；发文最多的机构是兰州军区兰州总医院普外科56篇；关键词分析显示腹腔镜手术及进展期胃癌等一直是该领域的热点。结论应用Cite Space计量分析显示，胃癌的腹腔镜治疗及进展期胃癌的治疗是近年该领域研究的重点。

Abstract

Objective To explore the characteristics and development of published papers in the past five years of gastric cancer surgery

and to study the hotspots and frontiers in this field. Methods Searched all the data (excluded data of the meeting notice and case report) from January 2013 to December 2017 in China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) with the keywords "gastric cancer" and "surgery".Analyzed the authors

keywords with Cite Space 5.4.R4 (64bit) and made a visual map. Results A total of 5 023 articles were included

with 274 authors

334 institutions

and 83 keywords.The author who published the most (62 theses) was Liu Hongbin

from Lanzhou general hospital of Lanzhou military region;Han Xiaopeng

from Lanzhou general hospital of Lanzhou military region

was the author who posted the second most (40 theses).Lanzhou general hospital of Lanzhou military region was the insititution who published the most (56 theses).Analysis of the keywords showed that laparoscopic surgery and advanced period gastric cancer has always been a hot spot in this field. Conclusion The Cite Space measurement analysis showed that laparoscopic treatment of gastric cancer and treatment of advanced gastric cancer were the focus of this field in recent years.
