摘要

目的探讨参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮对心房颤动射频消融术后患者血清炎症因子、心肌损伤标志物水平的影响

以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2016年3月—2021年3月在锦州市中心医院行射频消融术治疗的530例心房颤动患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法

将患者分为观察组与对照组

每组265例。对照组患者术后当日

予以盐酸胺碘酮治疗。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上予以参松养心胶囊治疗。比较2组患者术后1 d及术后3个月时左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左房内径(LAD)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、肌钙蛋白I(CTn I)、肌酸激酶(CK)水平。比较2组患者术后3个月内不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果术后3个月时

2组患者LVEF大于术后1 d时

且观察组大于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月时

2组患者LAD小于术后1 d时

且观察组小于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月时

2组患者hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、CK-MB、CTnI、CK水平均低于术后1 d时

且观察组低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应总发生率比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者复发率低于对照组

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予心房颤动射频消融术后患者参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗

可有效预防患者疾病复发

改善患者心功能

降低血清炎症因子、心肌损伤标志物水平

且安全性良好

具有较高临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with amiodarone on serum inflammatory factors and myocardial injury markers in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation. Methods Patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation at Central Hospital of Jinzhou from March 2016 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and control group

with 265 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone hydrochloride on the day after surgery and patients in the observation group were treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）

left atrial diameter（LAD）

high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）

interleukin-6（IL-6）

tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）

Creatine kinase-MB（CK-MB）

Cardiac Troponin I（c TnI）

and creatine kinase（CK） levels were compared between the two groups at 1 d and 3 months after surgery. The incidence and recurrence of adverse reactions within 3 months after the operation were compared between the two groups. Results At 3 months after the operation

LVEF in the two groups was significantly higher than that at 1 d after the operation

with the observation group higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. At 3 months after the operation

LAD in the two groups was significantly smaller than that at 1 d after the operation

with the observation group smaller than the control group（P<0.05）. At 3 months after the operation

the levels of hs-CRP

IL-6

TNF-α

CK-MB

CTnI

and CK in the two groups were significantly lower than those at 1 d after the operation

with the observation group lower than the control group（P <0.05）. There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）. The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule in combination with amiodarone can effectively prevent the recurrence

and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and myocardial injury markers in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation

with a high safety profile

which hold much promise for clinical application.
