摘要

目的对比分析7.0T MRI和3.0T MRI两种不同场强的膝关节图像质量。方法使用3.0T MRI和7.0T MRI扫描仪，在相同时间内使用相同序列对受试者（n=16）进行膝关节成像。分别对肌肉、骨骼、韧带、软骨、神经的信噪比（SNR）和对比信噪比（CNR）进行定量分析，并由2位有丰富经验的放射科肌肉骨骼诊断医师对图像进行解剖结构可视化评估。结果 7.0T MRI下膝关节图像的SNR和CNR明显优于3.0T MRI，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。7.0T MRI膝关节图像具有更高的清晰度和对比度。结论相同时间内，7.0T MRI扫描的膝关节图像SNR和CNR更高，能够更清晰地显示膝关节的解剖结构，有助于提高诊断的准确性。
