Effect of early continuous rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery of patients with mandible fracture
Objective To explore the effect of early continuous rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery of patients with mandible fracture. Methods Fifty patients with mandible fracture treated in a hospital in Nanjing from April 2020 to November 2020 were divided into intervention group and control group
with 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine postoperative nursing measures
and the patients in the intervention group were treated with early continuous rehabilitation training on the basis of nursing care in the control group. The degree of wound tensile and pain before operation
2 weeks
1 month and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups
and the hospital stay and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in wound tensile degree between the two groups before and 2 weeks after operation(P>0.05)
but at 1 month and 3 months after operation
the wound tensile degree in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the intervention group was(5.56±2.27) days
which was shorter than that in the control group(6.12±1.88) days
and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month after operation
the number of patients with wound tensile limitation(moderate) in the intervention group was less than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups before operation and 2 weeks after operation(P>0.05).At 1 month and 3 months after operation
the degree of pain in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of treatment satisfaction in the intervention group was(14.60±1.04)
which was lower than that in the control group(14.96±0.20)
and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Early continuous rehabilitation training can significantly increase the degree of wound tensile and reduce the degree of pain in patients with mandible fracture
