Application of stepped nursing based on mindfulness motivation in nursing care of patients with cancer-related pain
Objective To explore the effect of steped nursing based on mindfulness motivation in nursing care of patients with cancer-related pain. Methods A total of 106 patients with cancer-related pain treated in a hospital in Zhengzhou from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into routine group and study group
with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group were given routine nursing
while patients in the study group were intervened with stepped nursing based on mindfulness motivation on the basis of routine nursing.Patients in both groups were given nursing continuously for one month. The pain score before and after nursing
the pain relief after nursing and the influence of pain on all aspects of life were compared between the two groups
and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing

however
after nursing
the pain score in the two groups was lower than that before nursing
and the pain score in the study group was lower than that in the routine group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the grade distribution of pain relief rate between the two groups(P<0.05)
and the pain relief rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing
there was no significant difference in the scores of pain on all aspects of life between the two groups(P>0.05)
however
after nursing
the scores of pain on sleep
activity
emotion and appetite in the two groups were lower than those before nursing
and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the routine group

and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group
