摘要

脑血管病是中老年常见病

具有发病率高、病死率高、致残率高的特点。近年来

脑血管病患者呈年轻化的趋势明显

因此对脑血管病的准确诊断与治疗至关重要。定量磁化率成像(QSM)作为一种新的无创磁共振成像技术

在定量空间生物标记物方面具有独特的优势

能提高疾病在影像诊断上的认识

被广泛应用于各种脑血管病的研究。本文根据中国脑血管疾病分类对QSM在不同脑血管病中的应用进展予以综述。

Abstract

Cerebrovascular disease is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly patients. It has the characteristics of high incidence rate

high mortality and high disability rate. In recent years

cerebrovascular disease patients showed an obvious trend of youth. Therefore

the accurate diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease is very important. As a new noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging technique

quantitative susceptibility mapping（QSM） has unique advantages in quantitative spatial biomarkers

it can improve the understanding of disease in imaging diagnosis

and has been widely used in the study of various cerebrovascular diseases. This article reviews the application progress of QSM in different cerebrovascular diseases accroding to the classification of cerebrovascular diseases in China.
