Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive care combined with comfort care in peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods Ninety-five patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to a hospital in Nanyang from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into study group(48 cases) and control group(47 cases) using the random number table method. and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention
there was no statistically significant difference between the HAMA and HAMD scores of the 2 groups(P >0.05); after the intervention
the HAMA and HAMD scores of the 2 groups were lower than before the intervention and lower in the study group than in the control group
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Before the intervention
the differences in the PSQI and SCES scores of the 2 groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05); after the intervention
the PSQI scores of the 2 groups were lower than before the intervention and lower in the study group than in the control group
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05); the SCES scores of the 2 groups were higher than before the intervention and higher in the study group than in the control group
