Effect of personalized comprehensive care on adverse emotions and neonatal outcomes in patients with premature rupture of membranes
Objective To explore the effect of personalized comprehensive care on anxiety
depression and neonatal outcome in patients with premature rupture of membranes. Methods In this study
340 patients with premature rupture of membranes admitted to a hospital in Henan Province from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method
170 cases each. The patients in the control group were given conventional care
and the patients in the observation group received personalized comprehensive care on the basis of the control group. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores before care and at discharge were compared between the two groups;the mode of delivery and the occurrence of postpartum complications after care were observed and recorded in the two groups;the adverse neonatal outcomes in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results Before care
there was no statistically significant difference between the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the 2 groups(P>0.05).At the time of discharge
the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the 2 groups were lower than those before care and lower in the observation group than in the control group
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The spontaneous delivery rate was 81.18% in the observation group
which was higher than that of 59.41% in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the vaginal assisted delivery rate and cesarean delivery rate in the 2 groups(P>0.05). The complication rate of patients in the control group was 10.58%
which was higer than that of 2.36% in the obseruation group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group was 18.23%
which was lower than that of 35.89% in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized comprehensive care can relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with premature rupture of membranes
reduce the incidence of complications and improve neonatal outcomes
as well as increase the spontaneous delivery rate of patients
which makes it worthy of clinical application.
