Study of diversified nursing model based on MNA-HF on intervention effect of patients with cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing model based on mini-nutritional assessment short-form(MNA-HF) on the intervention effect of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 122 patients with cerebral infarction treated in a hospital in Henan Province from April 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group
with 61 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nutritional intervention combined with routine nursing
and the patients in the observation group were treated with a diversified nursing model based on MNA-HF. The recovery of neurological function
intelligence level
treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing
and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P
<
0.05). The scores of all dimensions of SF-36 after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P
<
0.05). The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 90.16%(55/61)
which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.13%)(44/61)
and the difference was statistically significant(χ
2
=6.483
P=0.011). After nursing
the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) in the two groups was lower than that before nursing
and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P
<
0.05). Conclusion The diversified nursing model based on MNA-HF shows a good intervention effect on patients with cerebral infarction
which can effectively restore patients’ neurological function
improve their psychological status and improve their quality of life.
