Gecarovir/Perentavir and Sofosbuvir/Wipatavir/Vaciclovir
etc.
which significantly improve the antiviral effect of refractory genotype 3. However
the antiviral effect of DAAs is relatively poor in patients with genotype 3b
liver cirrhosis and drug resistance-related mutations and treated patients. For patients with genotype 3b complicated with liver cirrhosis
ribavirin can be added or the course of treatment can be prolonged to improve the antiviral effect. For patients with genotype 3 treated with interferon combined with ribavirin or DAAs can be treated with sofosbuvir/verapatavir/fusirivir. Compared with patients without sustained viral response(SVR) after DAAs treatment
access to SVR can significantly reduce the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC); but some patients with hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection can still develop HCC even if they get SVR
especially in patients with liver cirrhosis. Therefore
it is necessary to closely monitor the occurrence of HCC in patients who do not get SVR after DAAs treatment but have liver cirrhosis. The use of DAAs is not related to the occurrence and risk of recurrence of HCC.
