Effects of early rehabilitation training on neurological function, motor function and serological indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training on neurological function
motor function and serological indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in a hospital in Liaoning Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group
with 65 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention
and the patients in the observation group were given early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The levels of neurological function
motor function
activity of daily life and serological indexes were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention
there was no significant difference in levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)
neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention
the levels of serum NGF and BDNF in the two groups were higher than those before intervention
and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
while the level of NSE in the two groups were lower than those before intervention
and those in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention
there was no significant difference in the scores of the Barthel index scale(MBI) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention
the scores of MBI and FMA in the two groups were higher than those before intervention
and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group
the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention
there was no significant difference in the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)
hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention
the levels of IL-6
hs-CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before intervention
and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group
the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can help to improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction
promote the recovery of limb motor function and reduce inflammatory reaction.
