摘要

慢病自我管理在慢病管理中是非常重要的一环

利用健康类APP方便快捷、内容丰富、更新迅速的特点

可大幅提升慢病自我管理的效果。本文主要概述了国内健康类APP的现状

探讨健康类APP在慢病患者自我管理中的可及性以及应用方向

以冀在相关部门对此类APP进行监管和统筹以及不断拓深慢病自我管理渠道时提供参考。

Abstract

Chronic disease self-management is a very important part in chronic disease management

and the effectiveness of chronic disease self-management can be greatly improved by using health apps which are convenient

rich in content and rapidly updated.This paper outlines the current situation of health apps in China and discusses the accessibility and application direction of health apps in the self-management of chronic disease patients

in order to provide reference for the relevant departments to regulate and coordinate these apps as well as to continuously optimize the methods of chronic disease self-management.
