Analysis of the benefits of early pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise on postpartum recovery of primiparous women with different delivery methods
Objective To explore the benefits of early pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises on the postpartum recovery of primiparous women with different delivery methods
and to provide reference for their clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods One hundred cases of primiparous women who delivered in a hospital in Zhengzhou from September 2018 to November 2019 were selected asstudy subjects
and all patients were given early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training by the same professional physician after delivery
during which five patients dropped out halfway.Among the 95 patients who completed the pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise
36 patients were in the cesarean section group and 59 patients in the normal delivery group. The clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared;the changes in pelvic floor pressure
pelvic floor muscle systolic pressure
sexual function score and Oxford Acute Severity of Illness Score(OASIS) were compared before and after the rehabilitation treatment in the two groups. Results Before treatment
patients in the cesarean section group had significantly higher pelvic floor resting pressure
pelvic floor systolic pressure
pelvic floor class I muscle fiber and class Ⅱmuscle fiber systolic pressure
sexual function score and OASIS score than those in the parity group
and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment
the resting pelvic floor pressure
pelvic floor systolic pressure
pelvic floor class Ⅰ muscle fiber and class Ⅱ muscle fiber systolic pressure
sexual function score and OASIS were significantly higher in the 2 groups than before treatment
and the differences were all statistically significant(P <0.05).The treatment effective rate was 96.61 % for patients in the normal delivery group and 86.11% for patients in the cesarean delivery group
with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Early pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises for primiparous women with different delivery methods can promote their pelvic floor function recovery and improve their sexual function
and the effect issignificant and has certain clinical application value.
