摘要

骨质疏松是一种常见的代谢性疾病，主要表现为骨量减少、骨微结构退化和骨折风险。骨质疏松的发生不仅与成骨细胞介导的骨形成和破骨细胞介导的骨吸收之间的不平衡有关，还与间充质干细胞的分化密切相关。目前，骨质疏松的发病机制尚未完全阐明。长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)是一类长度超过200个核苷酸且没有蛋白质编码功能的RNA，能够控制基因的表达和多种生物学过程。越来越多的证据表明，lncRNAs广泛参与骨质疏松发病的分子机制。因此，本文从成骨细胞、破骨细胞和间充质干细胞的角度出发，总结lncRNAs在骨质疏松中的作用，以期为骨质疏松的治疗提供新的思路。
