摘要

造影剂相关急性肾损伤（CA-AKI）是指动脉或静脉造影剂给药后数日内出现肾功能下降。随着造影剂的普遍应用，CA-AKI的潜在风险也相应增加，目前已成为慢性肾病的重要诱因。本研究从病理生理机制、检测指标、危险因素、预防和治疗措施等方面对CA-AKI进行综述，以期在深入了解CA-AKI的基础上，探讨可能的检测方法和治疗策略。
