摘要

腰椎退行性疾病是一种临床常见病及多发病，严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来大量的研究表明，腰椎退行性疾病的发生、发展与椎旁肌的退变密切相关。椎旁肌退变包括脂肪浸润及肌肉萎缩，目前常用超声、CT、MRI等影像学技术对腰椎旁肌进行评估。本文就各种影像学技术研究椎旁肌退变的方法、优缺点及目前的进展进行总结，以期对其临床诊疗提供参考。
