Clinical efficacy of Femoston after hysteroscopic electrotomy of retained products of conception
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Femoston after hysteroscopic electrotomy of retained products of conception(RPOC). Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 50 patients with RPOC who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2017 to October 2019. All patients underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy
and related drugs were given after surgery to promote the repair of the endometrium. The patients were divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were analyzed in terms of vaginal bleeding time after surgery
endometrial thickness on day 21 after surgery
second hysteroscopic exploration
menstruation recovery time
and menstrual volume. Results: Compared with the control group
the observation group had a significantly shorter vaginal bleeding time
a significantly better endometrial thickness
a significantly shorter menstruation recovery time
a significantly better menstrual volume
and a significantly lower incidence rate of intrauterine adhesion(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Rpoc was electrocuted by hysteroscopy oral femoster was giver to promote endonetrial repair and good clini efficucy were obtained.
