摘要

从植物中分离的天然化合物表现出显著的抗白血病细胞活性

相关分子机制涉及抑制白血病细胞增殖、诱导其凋亡、分化、促进周期阻滞、逆转耐药等多个方面

可作为治疗药物或辅助制剂来提高常规化学药物和射线照射的疗效。本文广泛回顾了天然化合物在抗白血病活性方面的相关文献

基于不同的化学结构

分别综述不同类型的天然化合物抗白血病效应的信号通路机制

为天然化合物的临床应用和新药开发提供理论依据。

Abstract

Natural compounds isolated from plants exhibit significant anti-leukemia activity

and related mechanisms include inhibiting proliferation

inducing apoptosis and differentiation

promoting cell cycle arrest

and reversing drug resistance of leukemia cells. They can act as therapeutic or adjuvant agents to improve the efficacy of conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This article reviews the research on the anti-leukemia activity of natural compounds and the signaling pathways involved in the anti-leukemia effect of different natural compounds based on their chemical structures

so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of natural compounds and the development of new drugs.
